We feel that humanity now stands at a major crossroads. We have no intention of casually rejecting capitalism or the AI that has emerged from it. Yet we are increasingly convinced that, unless we seriously question how we live and practice a way of life that respects and coexists with nature, it will be difficult to pass on this wonderful global environment to the next generation.
For this reason, we have set out to learn from the qualities of "moss"—a primordial ("origin") plant—and, drawing on its beauty and functionality, to bring original ("originality") solutions into society. As of June 2026, we operate primarily B2B, working with a wide range of companies and individuals across more than 20 cultivation fields nationwide.
Our roots lie in the business of a company called Green's Green, based in Niigata. In fact, until our trade-name change in June 2026, our corporate name was Green's Green Holdings. However, due to various problems arising at that company, in spring 2025 the business-development members across every related area except Niigata—Hokkaido, Fukushima, Chiba, Saitama, Tokyo, Shizuoka, Nagano, Gifu, Aichi, Osaka, Kobe, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Fukuoka, and Okinawa—took the first step toward a new group organization. Drawing on these experiences, we are committed to sound "management" and sound "green," grounded in a strong sense of compliance.
Moss requires no soil, is lightweight, and is highly adaptable and regenerative—while also being sensitive to environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity. For this reason, our flagship product is currently a "weed-suppressing greening" material. At the same time, working with companies and research institutions, we are developing new products so that we can understand moss's properties more broadly and implement them creatively in society. We recognize that, on our own, our scientific knowledge, cultivation diversity, and production volume are not yet sufficient. That is why we raise the banner of "ALL JAPAN": crossing corporate boundaries to connect growers, researchers, and a wide range of stakeholders—young and old, including people with disabilities—and devoting ourselves to the "industrialization" of moss so that it can bring passion and comfort to everyday life.

The first company in Japan to develop the Sunagoke Moss Sheet was Kaiken Co., Ltd., based in Tainai City, Niigata Prefecture. Using the high quality of the Sunagoke Moss Sheet they manufacture as our benchmark—utility-model registered and listed in the New Technology Information System (NETIS) of Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, NETIS Registration Number: HR-180001-A—we work with their greening division to expand production of sheets of the same standard across cultivation fields nationwide.
A selection of past projects by our company and group members (indoor greening images excluded).
We primarily install the Sunagoke Moss Sheet here. It is ideal for places where, given the environment, maintenance should be kept to a minimum. We do not recommend reducing maintenance entirely to zero, so please consult with us, including on management costs.
Examples of installation sites: idle corporate land, factory premises subject to green-coverage ratios (including rooftops), sites that prioritize green landscaping, gravesites, and more.
Beyond the Sunagoke Moss Sheet, we also use sheet-free Sunagoke and shade-tolerant mosses to enhance the design. Planting other than moss may be included, making it ideal for places where human management is assumed.
Examples of installation sites: sites where landscape upkeep matters—gardens being a prime example—and creative outdoor spaces.
Here we do not use the Sunagoke Moss Sheet; instead we use various mosses to enrich creative indoor spaces. Lighting and water design are required. As with the outdoor managed type, it is ideal for places where human management is assumed.
Examples of installation sites: indoor commercial facilities, event decoration, and other creative green spaces.

Below are examples of cultivation fields run by our group, partners, or growers. Moss raised in tray cultivation is used for sheet cultivation.
We are looking for business co-creation partners to work with us in various forms, such as R&D and PoC. We would be glad to create new value together with ambitious businesses, universities, and research institutions committed to improving the global environment.
